January 26.—Last night, was executed at Bird’s Point, Bergen county, in the province of New Jersey, pursuant to his sentence, Stephen Ball, a spy; he was very active in the execution of Thomas Long, a refugee from Jersey, who suffered death in that province in the year 1779. Ball was apprehended on Staten Island by a party of refugees.1
